Irshad is a Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultant, licensed by the College of Immigration and Citizenship Consultants to advise on and represent immigration applications in Canada. He holds the RCIC-IRB class, the specialized licence permitting representation in matters before the Immigration and Refugee Board. He is the only person who advises on cases at ZIMMR.

ZIMMR is based in Toronto. Every consultation is with Irshad personally, not a case manager or a call centre.
