Services

Every service below is advised on directly by Irshad Osman, RCIC-IRB. This page is general information. It's not an assessment of your eligibility.

Permanent Residence

Pathways to permanent status in Canada, most commonly through Express Entry or a Provincial Nominee Program.

Express Entry manages applications for the Federal Skilled Worker, Canadian Experience, and Federal Skilled Trades programs. IRCC assesses candidates using published factors: age, education, language proficiency, skilled work experience, arranged employment, and adaptability. Provincial Nominee Programs offer additional routes tied to specific provinces. This also covers PR card renewal and citizenship applications once you're a permanent resident. Which combination fits your situation is something the RCIC-IRB works through with you directly, not something this page can conclude for you.

Canadian citizens and permanent residents who meet sponsorship requirements can sponsor a spouse or common-law partner, dependent children, or in some cases parents and grandparents. Sponsorship comes with its own eligibility and undertaking obligations, reviewed case by case.
