When you use the assessment form or contact ZIMMR directly, we collect the information you provide, which may include your name, contact details, and information about your immigration situation.
To review your submission, respond to your enquiry, and, if you book one, to prepare for a consultation with the RCIC.
The assessment form is hosted separately from this site and may use automated tools, including AI-based processing, to help route and organize submissions before a person reviews them. Some of that processing may take place outside Canada. No automated output is treated as immigration advice. Only the RCIC gives advice.

Your information is not sold. It's used internally by ZIMMR and by the service providers that operate the assessment form and related tools on ZIMMR's behalf.
Under PIPEDA, and Quebec's Law 25 if you're a Quebec resident, you can ask what personal information we hold about you, request corrections, and withdraw consent for future communications at any time.
